Kathy has been teaching yoga in the Brantford community since 2016 and has been practicing since 2010.
During her teacher training, Kathy suffered a back injury which gave her a unique perspective of the benefits of yoga, mindfulness and breath awareness, and how they can assist an injured body.
Kathy’s style of teaching incorporates her love of mindfulness and the body-mind connection. This brings an extraordinary yoga experience on the mat, tailored to the individual needs of the student, creating the space for students to discover the power of their true being.
